It is pouring down rain today, not
to mention being all of 11°C (50°F) – rafting was planned for this morning and
then afternoon but we postponed it for tomorrow. Part of the experience of Tara
Canyon rafting is being able to see the canyon above you – the low clouds of
today wouldn’t allow that!
Tomorrow is forecast to be clear and
sunny.
Right now we are being treated with the
sound effects of lightning – quite loud!
We located the trail head to go to
Jablan Jezero (lake) and on to Crvena Greda 2200 meters elevation. The view
from there is said to be great!
The backroads here tend to be a paved
strip one car wide – it gets interesting when meeting another car. The main
highways are two lanes (one each way) and quite OK.
